Synesio Batista da Costa Named ICTI Ambassador to South America

The ICTI Executive Committee, at its meeting in Hong Kong, recognized the growing importance of Latin America within the toy world by naming Synesio Batista da Costa ICTI’s Ambassador to South America. As such, he will be responsible for advising ICTI on policies and plans involving Latin America. Mr. Batista da Costa is President of the Brazilian toy association — ABRINQ.
